Tattoo No No's

The following are some facts about the no-nos of tattoo art. There are certain lines, when it comes to getting a tattoo, which must never be crossed. Either by you or by the tattoo artist. These exist to protect health, dignity and decency, and crossing them always ends badly.

You should already know, when getting a tattoo, that the artist is a reliable person. There is always a chance of blood seeping out through the skin, while getting tattooed, which is unavoidable. For reasons of hygiene and good health, a good reliable artist will wipe this away as soon as they see it.

Getting a tattoo on your face may seem the thing to do at the time but be aware that in many countries most artists will refuse to do it. There a lot of possible repercussions tothese type tattoos and most artist refuse t get "involved". Most employers simply refuse, rightly so, to employ anyone with a facial tattoo, or facial jewelry for that manner – especially in jobs where you have to meet the public. No, people shouldn’t judge by appearance. But they do anyway so live with it!

Tattoos on hands and feet are just as unpopular with many tattoo artists, but for different reasons. Hand and feet tattoos are highly visible and a reputable tattoo artist doesn't want to be the reason you lost your job.

The other reason is that our hands and feet are used constantly and during the three month period that exists between getting a tattoo and it truly healing that can lead to the tattoo rubbing off. If it ALL came off at once that’d suck, but in actuality it's worse – the tattoo comes off in bits and looks horrible after just a coule of weeks!
